Meck County Golf Terms & Conditions

COURSE RULES COMPLAINCE

All guests must follow course rules and staff direction or may be removed without refund. 

ASSUMPION OF RISK

All guests accept responsibility for injuries from balls, clubs, carts, or course conditions. The facility is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, equipment, or others. 

GOLF CART USE

Drivers are responsible for safe operation and any damage or injury caused. Cart Agreement: I, the undersigned, agree to return the golf cart in the same condition as I received it and agree to pay for damage to said golf cart while in my possession and agree to be solely responsible for any bodily, personal, and/or property damage while in my possession. I will not allow more than two persons on the cart at any time. I further agree to inspect and I am satisfied the golf cart is in good mechanical condition and hereby state that I know how to operate this golf cart and will observe the rules of this course. Driver must have a valid driver’s license 

CART USAGE PER TEE TIME

Spectator Carts or riders are not allowed at these courses. Only 2 carts per tee time are allowed at all times.

PLAYER PAIRINGS

For bookings less than four golfers, remaining slots are subject to booking/pairing.

TEE TIME POLICY

If you wish to cancel your reservation, the course requests that you do so at least 24 hours before the start of your round. Cancellations inside the 24-hour cancellation window are subject to being charged to the credit card at the applicable rate. To cancel an online booking, log into your account to retrieve the reservation tab or call (844) 800-GOLF.

GOLFERS WITH DISABILITIES

We welcome golfers with disabilities. The course will make reasonable accommodations to ensure that golfers with disabilities are able to enjoy the course. Please contact the General Manager or Head Golf Professional at the course for more information.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

The facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE

No outside food or alcohol permitted. Violations may result in confiscation and removal without refund. Personal coolers are not permitted.

PET POLICY

No pets allowed. Certified service animals are permitted. 

INSTRUCTION

To ensure a high-quality experience for all guests, only instructors affiliated with the Meck County Golf Academy or permitted partners are permitted to provide paid instruction on this facility. We welcome guests to enjoy practice and casual tips among family and friends. Unauthorized commercial instruction is not permitted.
